Before your race: dissolve a sachet of Ultrarace Carb in a water bottle containing 650ml of water. Sip 200 ml every 20 minutes before the competition. To maximise your carb stores, also take Race Carb Gel 15 minutes before the start.
During the cycling stage: dissolve 1 sachet of Race Carb in 2 x 500ml water bottles (half the product in each) and drink every 20 minutes. Every 45 minutes, replenish your carbs with Race Carb Gel and Energy Bar, alternating them with the water bottle.
During the running stage: replenish your carbs with Ultrarace Carb Gel (with caffeine) and Race Carb Gel (without caffeine).
After your race: dissolve a sachet of Recovery Pro in the shaker with 250ml of water or milk and drink within an hour of finishing the race. If you don't like the taste, you can add dark cocoa powder or instant coffee to the liquid solution.
