The 42 km Running Kit is designed to support you through every stage of preparing for a marathon: from long runs and tempo sessions to race-day simulations, and finally, the marathon itself.

Before your run: dissolve one sachet of Ultrarace Carb in 650 ml of water and drink 200 ml every 20 minutes before the race.
During your run: replenish carbohydrates by alternating between Ultrarace Carb Gel and Race Carb Gel. Aim to take in 60 to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour to maintain your pace, fight off fatigue and keep energy levels high.
After your run: dissolve one sachet of Recovery Pro with 250 ml of water or milk and drink it within one hour after finishing to support muscle recovery and restore essential nutrients.
As needed, eat a chocolate-flavoured Balance Race Bar as a functional snack to replenish your energy.
