All the winners of the 151 Miglia-Cetilar Trophy 2022

The 100’ Maxi Arca SGR of the Fast and Furio Sailing Team (skippered by Furio Benussi) and the Grand Soleil 40 Keonda III with Giovanni Melioli are the two winners of the 151 Miglia-Cetilar Trophy 2022, the offshore regatta that ended this morning in Punta Ala with the arrival of the last two boats out of the 204 that set off from Livorno on Thursday afternoon.  

First across the finishing line after 18 hours, 40 minutes and 45 seconds of navigation was the Trieste-based boat Arca SGR (with tactician Lorenzo Bressani) which won the Challenge Trophy reserved for the winner in real time (a double win following the success of last year), as well as the prize for the best Maxi of the IRC Group Over 60 ahead of Oscar3 and Durlindana3. The 40’ Ligurian Keonda III took the second Trofeo Challenge, awarded for the first Overall classified in the ORC International grouping, having completed a practically perfect regatta which was particularly hard to interpret tactically.

The class winners of this 151 Miglia 2022 on the other hand are Lunatika with Guido Barone (IRC Overall and IRC C), Rafale with Henri De Bokay (IRC A), Orizzonte with Paolo Bertazzoni (IRC B), Vulcano 2 with Giuseppe Morani (IRC D), Paolissima with Gianluca Poli (ORC A-GC1), Keonda (ORC B), Melagodo with Lorenzo Marinelli (ORC C), Vox Sea with Marco Franzetti (ORC D), Audace with Giuseppe Agliardi (ORC x 2), Ultravox (ORC DH), Four Winds (IOR Legend) and Pierrot Lunaire (GC2). 

The prize-giving ceremony of this marvellous edition of the regatta organised by the Yacht Club Repubblica Marinara di Pisa, Yacht Club Punta Ala and Yacht Club Livorno, with the support of the main sponsor Cetilar^®,the brand of the pharmaceutical company PharmaNutra S.p.A, the Official Timekeeper TAG Heuer and partners Benetti Yachts, Porto di Livorno 2000, Plastimo and PROtect Tapes, is planned later in the afternoon today, at the Punta Ala Marina. In the outdoors spaces of the YC Punta Ala, afterwards all the crews will attend the Dinner Party, a wonderful evening to officially end this 13th edition of the 151 Miglia. 

The appointment with the next edition of the 151 Miglia-Cetilar Trophy is on Thursday 1 June 2023, as usual starting from Livorno and ending in Punta Ala.
